Purchased this because it’s vegan and promised to soften my dry hair without added paraban ingredients. It’s amazing how soft my and my husband’s hair is now. It also stopped the scalp itch. It doesn’t take much for a good lather, and the fragrance is really nice. Highly recommend Hempz brand products.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this shampoo because it has biotin as one of the ingredients so thought it might help to strengthen my hair I have shoulder length wavy hair that is a bit thin. I also have a very dry scalp and have used Hempz shampoo in the past with good results. I was okay with how it made my scalp feel the next day as my scalp was not irritating. The smell is mildly pleasant and it moisturized my hair well. I need to use more frequently to find out if it is something that I would continue to use.
