Use with caution but it is effective.
Effective but you need to follow the dosing very carefully as it can drop your BP down too far if your not careful. I primarily use that lovely red root, it is consistently effective and easily available. This herbal dropper is called on if I spike when something serious upsets me, It does work.

Can this be true?
I was seeing numbers like 148/103, 152/105, 158/111 on March 19 I took my first dose of Herb Pharm Blood Pressure Support Liquid Formula for the Cardiovascular and Circulatory Systems (along with Nattokinase, beet root, etc) and my first reading was 109/78! 116/77! and then on March 21, 120/76!Holy BP, Beetman!My heart rate is still high, high 70s, and that’s not good, but, I’m far less fearful of needing BP meds per my doctor who has me montioring this stuff.
