It works!!!
I suffer from difficulty falling and staying asleep due to menopause. I take 3 magnesium and one Sleep Relax a half-hour before bed. Then right before laying down, I take one more Sleep Relax. I sleep so soundly that my husband says he has to make sure I am still breathing! I wake up fully refreshed and ready to tackle the day. I have even been dreaming again. I highly recommend!

Occasional & useful
They do the job. First time I slept almost through the next day, not what I was hoping for. I can usually tell when I’m going to have a long night ahead so the next time I took one it was at an earlier time before 9pm. And it worked fine. No oversleeping and not drug out the next day. I did find that it’s best if your not having to use daily. But they do have a relaxing calm action to them even without achieving the sleep. And that alone can be helpful, for me. So when the time comes I will most likely purchase these, they don’t hang me over, and that’s very important to me. And I only need accasionally during a week’s time. Hope this works for you as well.

Found this product was very helpful for falling asleep but not helping me sleep thru the night ..woke up after 4 hours and unable to fall back to sleep. Also price is quite a bit higher than other places

its a diruetic
It might be a good sleep aid. But getting up which i did 5 times to urniate defeats its purpose. The ingredient are diruetic. Which make to urniate more often.

Guaranteed! My experience with this product and all of Natural Factors products are great. I so appreciate the care and blends they put together. This one calms and creates a gentle “lean” into sleep for me. Upon awakening I don’t feel the weighted groggy feel. Although everyone’s body is different, the science behind what these folks do corresponds to the proven studies of human beings, which for me make a difference. Well worth your money. Very effective, had to scale it back a little
This sleep formula works very well for me. After experiencing a little grogginess in the morning, I started opening the capsule and discarding 1/3 of the contents. It’s a waste but maybe in the future I will need to go to the full dose.

Sleep Relax is the formula I’ve used for decades. I’ve been a lifelong insomniac. I was also a herbalist and ran a holistic clinic many years ago. I used and recommended this formula for over 20 years. I was thrilled to find the same formula I used all these years on Amazon from Natural Factors. Other companies have long discontinued the formula. THANK YOU for keeping it available. It is literally a lifesaver for me. I get deep, regenerative sleep and wake up refreshed not groggy like sleeping pills. I prefer this over melatonin, since Melatonin is not healthy long term. Try this, you won’t regret it.

It works well when used a few times a week…I noticed that if I use it night after night it doesn’t work for me. So I just use it a couple times a week and it really helps me sleep better. I must ad that most other products I’ve tried don’t do a thing for me. I’ve tried to many to remember or to list here.All in all is this the best one so far, wish it worked every night.
