My 2nd day. Much easier to breath and deeper intake of oxygen. I had to increase the drops to 10 drops three times a day. Instantly I had the need to spit up phlegm. Really speechless as I thought I had prestages of COPD.***skin irritation or contact dermatitis can occur from handling the plant due to its fine hairs. Thoroughly straining mullein tea is also recommended because these hairs can irritate the throat.There was a lady by name Denise who had this reaction with the tincture. I suggest mixing with water preferably carbonated.***
