I have struggled with combo/sensitive skin my whole life. I tend to get hormonal cystic acne. This is genuinely one of my favorite products ever now. It seriously speeds up healing and redness relief. Try cleaning in between acne patches and letting a layer of this sink in. It’s magic

Unsure if this did anything
I applied this to my face in several areas where I had previous blemishes. It is a white lotion that goes on smoothly and does not have any fragrance. I did not notice any improvement to my skin texture even though I used it for several days, I’m not sure that it’s strong enough to be effective as a spot treatment.

Old formula was better
Here is a picture of the old formula on top, and the new one on the bottom. The old one has oligopeptides and beta glucan, and the new one does not, and has significantly less ingredients.This new balm does NOT help heal post acne blemishes as well as the old formula, because they removed those key ingredients!The only pros I have is that the new formula spreads and blends in more easily, and isn’t as prone to separation compared to the old formula, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that balm doesn’t even do much anymore. I would not recommend this at all.

Works well. Lightens up blemishes from prior acne. I uses is twice a day. I also apply it when I feel a new pimple forming along with benzole wash.

Why did you change formula!!!??
Ahhh! I am so on the fence with this HERO COSMETICS Rescue Balm Original – New Formula.The old one was my HOLY GRAIL!! I actually used it on my bumps and used as a spot treatment and it was THE ONLY thing that ALWAYS worked for me!!This new formula is super hit or miss. Definitely not the same at all. Sometimes it works, other times I feel like it makes my bumps worse. Definitely greasier and a little sticky as well, where the original one was not like this at all!It’s easy to apply and a little goes a long way – so the tube should last a while since it’s a decent size for a “spot treatment” (again what I use it for haha)! I’m just super on the fence as I REALLY loved the old formula!! I’m hoping maybe I’m just having bad luck with it so far or got a bad tube, but I will continue to use it as I really loved this stuff!
