I took these during my acne treatment and did notice some improvement in my skin. Breakouts were less often, and my skin looked a bit clearer. The capsules are easy to take and I like that they’re vegetarian. Not a miracle, but still a good product that I’ll keep using.

Scary supplement🙏🏻
After 3 days taking these I was so sick. Took just 1 a day. By day 3, I was a mess! My stomach became distended with pain and burning feeling. I have fibromyalgia and ms and this stuff had everything flaring. Even my chronic bladder pain was increased. Abdominal cramps and bladder cramps. Felt like I was being stabbed with a knife! My nerve pain and fibromyalgia increased to a higher level. I felt uneasy and restless. Muscle pinching pain feeling. Couldn’t sleep and felt like my skin was crawling. Hard to explain. Had prickly crawly feeling on my skin. Felt increased muscle pain. Felt like I had been poisoned. Praying I feel better soon with no long term negative effects. Be careful with this one y’all. I hoped it would help joint pain and weight loss. Not worth trying especially if you have any underlining health issues. Be safe y’all 🙏🏻❤️
