I’ve had an amazing drop in high blood pressure within days of use
I have had this product several days now and here are my results for using it for high blood pressure. I have taken garlic for years, but Arjuna made a HUGE difference. Garlic just kept it within borderline range and now its gone beyond borderline so I decided to try this to see if it would help. I am not having any side effects at all, and one of the largest benefits I got so far besides the huge drop in blood pressure is a large reduction in swelling and water retention in my body overall. I have had very taut swelled lower calves for a few years now and they are no longer swelled. No water retained there. They’re normal again and my socks keep falling down. Another benefit I have had so far is the end of the heart palpitations I had been getting lately. These results are with my very sedentary lifestyle. I plan on getting a regular exercise schedule, but I wanted to show you what Arjuna has done so far with me. I have a sit-down job that doesn’t require leaving my desk for anything and it wreaks havoc on the body.My current blood pressure results so far:1 day before taking this product: 160/1032 days after taking this product: 154/984 days after taking this product: 137/895 days after taking this product: 133/796 days after taking this product: 136/91 (ate a very salty meal the night before and it seemed to spike the pressure more the next day)7 days after taking this product: 135/878 days after taking this product: 130/849 days after taking this product: 122/88The progress seems slow but steady with a few minor spikes in pressure. I didn’t notice any effect
I used this for a month or so with no noticeable effect – good or bad. The pills are a little on the dry side requiring a good swallow of water to get them down. They are a bit brittle and elongated and tend to break in the bottle. These are all very minor things. They don’t smell/taste bad. I got them to assist with high blood pressure but didn’t get my intended result. Like with all supplements, your results could very well be different. I am not going to say this is a bad product because I don’t think it is; it just wasn’t what I needed at the time.

Excellent product
I have been taking Arjuna for over a year and love it. Although I have never been diagnosed with high blood pressure, I do have a very stressful job and felt an all natural supplement would keep the need for a prescription at bay. I have had zero side effects and do notice that if I run out of it, I definitely notice a difference. I workout every day and a vegetarian, so I am in very good health and want to keep it that way. Love this product and will continue to take 1 tablet daily.

Tough to Rate
This does work at lowering your blood pressure. I went through about 75% of the bottle and experienced numbers finally in normal range after Arjuna lowered it but I stopped taking them because my heart felt like it was skipping and it was scaring me. So … yes, it works to lower blood pressure but … your heart may skip beats. Took about 2-3 weeks before my heart was back to normal. Blood pressure went back up too.

IT WORKS!
For years I was on high BP meds and every doctor visit and I do mean everyone my BP was high and never reached the normal range. I had changed my diet, drank more water, changed to organic and yet it stayed up there. I saw the reviews on this organic product and after 2 freaking days on the pill and I mean one pill a day my BP was in normal range even after a bit of exertion. Going to the doctor to find out what was causing massive back pain (2 slip disks) I went to 4 doctors and each a week apart. Each one took my BP and all was in the same NORMAL range. Its now been 6 weeks and my BP is normal for over a month. Thank you for making this product. None of the chemical meds prescribed could regulate my BP. No side effects either. When I took chemically made vitamins, minerals, and prescribed I’d get an upset stomach for hours. Now that I have switched all but my Synthroid for my thyroid to organic vitamin and minerals I skip breakfast until I get to work but NO UPSET STOMACH and now NORMAL BP. Get off the GMO, Gluten, and chemically processed foods folks. Clean living makes a BIG difference. Now to find a substitute for Synthroid……maybe more fish.

Three weeks after my total hysterectomy operation I was feeling less and less energy so I researched online and bought these Organic Arjuna pills… I am so grateful I bought these. It increased my energy very quickly and with the added benefit of making me feel beautiful. I highly recommend these. I did have to temporarily halt using them because of the blood thinning properties were not beneficial will I was still having bleeding from the surgery. However I use them whenever I need a boost in energy.
