Excellent e-book easy recipes,she gives the importance of why certain body and skin products are used for. A lot of the items are found in your kitchen. They don’t make a lot at one time so you can keep you product fresh.

Tiny Book of Good Ideas
Although I was surprised by how small this book was when it arrived, it has a lot of doable recipes for face and body care products with natural ingredients. The author spends way too much time trying to make you self-conscious about your appearance, so don’t read any of her introductions or notes if you suffer from low self-esteem or body image issues. A lot of these recipes rely heavily on essential oils, which you really need to avoid if you’re bipolar, but they’ll all work just fine if you leave the essential oils out. There are also some brilliant ideas for adding non-oil scents that I haven’t seen in any other resources for natural beauty products.
