One of the Best Multivitamins I’ve UsedI’ve tried it all—whole food-based vitamins, natural capsule forms, fermented sources—everything you’d find in the multivitamin section at Whole Foods. Unfortunately, none of them worked for me; they caused digestive distress, hives, headaches… you name it.Then I found a multivitamin by Simple Truth (a Kroger brand) on Vitacost, and it suited me perfectly—but sadly, it was discontinued. I knew what ingredients worked for me, so I kept searching and was lucky to find HUM Base Control. When I checked the ingredients, they were identical to the Simple Truth formula—even the inactive ones. It was a perfect match!Now my whole family uses this vitamin. Buying directly from HUM requires a pricey subscription (about $38), so I’m really glad Amazon carries it.One tip: I’ve found that taking the vitamin mid-meal during breakfast—not before or after—prevents any nausea and helps with absorption. I feel more energized, and even my teenage daughter notices the difference on the days she takes it.Overall, this is a great multivitamin. Thanks to HUM for making something that truly works.

Easy on the tummy while beating a good Base for your vitamin regime
Great for people who get nausea from vitamins. Doesnt upset my tummy at all. Still need to add other supplements to make a well rounded regimen which is why I have it 4 stars. Also has not made my 💩 irregular which can happen for me when I take vitamins.

EASY TO SWALLOW
I feel good about taking these vitamins!!! I despise taking capsules so I was happy to of found a mutli that was a tablet… NOT a horse-pill size!!! Easy to swallow…. does turn urine about the same color as the NEXT button below this field.. 🤔 actually brighter!! I don’t mind cause it assures me that it has dissolved and my body is absorbing it.I do feel like there could be some more OOOMPH to it… like clean energy.. NOT caffeine. I do love the vitamins but I’m not sure if I’m sold on the Vitamin for its benefits ( I take them but I haven’t felt a change…) or because of the convenience of ease swallowing it. I do love the HUM line!! But I am still shopping around for a muti. I believe this product is great for a lot of people ( including my own teenage daughter) but I think I need more than this particular tablet can offer.YES I would recommend this product!!! It’s just not at the top of my own self chart ☺️

These are great! I was taking different multivitamins before and had to buy other vitamins to supplement to make sure I got everything I wanted to. With this, it has everything I need except the amount of vitamin d I need. I buy the Hum brand vitamin d, and save money!.

In my opinion this significantly reduces the risk of giving these a shot and seeing how it works out!Original Review: Majorly upset my stomach and gave me diarrhea. I lost energy and couldn’t work out, which totally defeats the purpose of a multi-vitamin. Unfortunately I was finishing up other supplements and now I am 2 days past the return window. I’ll settle for warning others. I now think its best to get a good quality, separate iron supplement. Unfortunately the only one that’s ever sat well with me is Nu-Iron, which is quite expensive. That’s what drew me to this supplement. It has an array of nutrients without breaking the bank. Oh well.

Hard to swallow
I have been using this for many months now and have decided to cancel my subscription. I have such a hard time swallowing this pill for whatever reason and hate always gagging on it. Change it to an easier to swallow pill and I would go back on it.
