My kids LOVE these!! Hallelujah! I love that they don’t have a bunch of junk in them like the flintstone ones I took as a kid lol! I have been looking for some healthier vitamins for my kids, so we have tried hiya and gruns and they thought both were disgusting. These were a hit from day one.

Unable to use. I bought these to add just a little help to my nutritional diet. The taste is awful. I spat them out. Probably a good product if you can get past the taste.

Good ingredients
I have finished the bottle which contains 60 gummies. I am not sure whether it is effective in boosting brain power or helping with vision. Maybe it is not long enough to see the result.What I can say is it tastes really good without not being too sweet. The ingredients do not contain sugar. Instead it has the following sugar substitute inulin syrup, maltitol syrup and xylitol. As far as I know, inulin is a prebiotic fiber that is good for gut health, and maltitol and xylitol are better than sugar.Another thing I like is that 2 gummies contain 100% biotin instead of a very high percentageMany other supplement I see have a high percentage of biotin like 1000%. Even though biotin is water soluble, I still do not like to take too much of it.In all, it is in good quality based on the ingredients. One thing not that great is the gummies are a bit sticky and they stick together.
