I was nervous to try this , I was thinking as soon as this touches my lips I’ma be running to the toilet 🚻 but it’s actually very gentle I dont get cramps at all , n most of all it is so tasty , I love it , I drink a hot cup of this tea with 2 tablespoons of honey n it is great , takes a good 8-9 hrs to hit and when it does it’s definitely not a struggle, but also definitely not out of control , I highly recommend this tea , works great , barley on day 2 of taking it and I think im gonna get a monthly subscription 😊

Effective and delicious!
I only drank about 3/4ths of the cup of tea I made and THANK GOD for this stuff. Keep reading if you love TMI….I hadn’t had a movement in a week and couldn’t eat because I was so bloated and uncomfortable. Laxatives don’t work for me for some reason, but I remembered this tea my coworker gave me a few years back. I definitely drank the whole cup back then, snuck up on me and it wasn’t great LOL. Make sure you have fast access to a restroom just in case it’s urgent, but I’ve finally had a *relatively* normal movement this afternoon. Took about 12 hours to kick in for me, I’m sure there’s a little more to come later this evening but one bag is all you should need if you can’t go!

I’m very impressed with this tea. Used it for the first time today. One tea bag in 8 ounces of purified water, drank it lukewarm with nothing added. Within hours it was doing its job! Excellent quality tea, fresh taste and I love that each bag is individually packaged. I’m neutral on the flavor, it’s not good or bad. Works overnight like a dream. If you aren’t used to this type of bowel assistance, go lightly. Meaning, brew a light cup of tea or just drink half a cup. Depending on your situation, a full brewed cup may cause cramps. Experiment to find your “sweet spot”. Great addition to your health regimen. I brew a triple cup and place in a airtight container in the fridge and take a shot every other day. Perfect for my regularity.
