There is no way to look inside my body to post an honest review, but this taste good and I just started it, so I’m sure it will take a little bit to see some changes. I hope I won’t forget to update my review. This is supposed to be really good. The size of the bottle for the value is great, bigger than I expected, I sometimes forget to verify the quantity in oz, so I was very happy when I got it. I’m pretty fragile and get upset stomach easily, I didn’t with this product. I can’t wait to see some results.

I ordered this brand because the image of the label on the amazon page stated that lemon flavor was the only other ingredient added. I wanted pure cod liver oil with nothing else added. But on the box that I received it states that it also has tocopherols in it « other ingredients ». I’m very mad and I can’t even return this product
