I been taking these for about two weeks know. All seems to going good as far as any side effects. I have no digestive reactions as afar as issues goes. Which for me is a Biggy on any supplement. These capsules are smooth and easy to swallow capsules with no smell. It has been a few month and I have noticed my skin is more suppel and my energy is improved. The ache from facet joint damage has also decreased. Overall I would have to say this is a great omega to incorporate in.
