L-Theanine plus some extra sleep & relaxation ingredients
L-Theanine is a supplement that I began taking about a year ago, when I knew I *really* needed to change my sleeping patterns (sleep hygiene, and just getting MORE of it!) And it has really helped me to get better sleep – according to my fitness watch, I went from getting an average of 5-6 hours a night to getting a solid 7.5 hours almost every night now. (Sometimes even 8 or a little more) I had done all the recommended things (turning off screens an hour before bedtime, having a consistent bed and wake time, etc, but still wasn’t hitting that 7.5 hours until I added this to my evening routine. Now I wake up well rested and am not tired all the time, and just feel better.This formulation also includes magnesium, Ashwaganda, and Vitamin B6 – all great ingredients that can also support relaxation and good sleep – and a couple others.This came in a bottle that was sealed both around the cap (outside) and a second, inner seal glued to the top of the bottle, and has the Lot # and expiration date (3/2027) stamped directly onto the bottle. It took me a few minutes to find it, as it’s pretty hard to see. (Circled in green in my photo) So I feel confident that it is unadulterated and that it is fresh/not going to expire before I finish it. (I may write 3/27 in black marker on the label so I don’t have to hunt down the brightest light in the house again to read it. 😏The capsules are average size, and I found them easy to swallow. They did not have any bad smell or taste, nor stomach issues etc.The bottle contains 120 capsules, so should last about 4 months

Good blend if you don’t want to buy a bunch of separate supplements
I have been taking vitamins and supplements for years, and L-theanine, somehow, just landed on my radar. I won’t say that my job is as stressful as others, but combined with two kids in middle school, a wife & friends that I love to spend time with, and a house that always seems to need something fixed, my days can be chaotic. So, my new superhero is this little supplement. The main ingredient is found in green tea, but now I don’t have the drink the tea – which is good, because I don’t really care for it.L-Theanine is supposed to be a calming agent that doesn’t make you drowsy. I have been taking it as part of another supplement, but that one only has 20mg while this one has 200mg. I’m curious to see if this one will have a more noticeable effect.This supplement combines a bunch of useful ingredients into one capsule instead of needing several bottles – which is great for folks that don’t like having to buy, or remember to take, numerous pills every day. I’m especially liking the inclusion of B vitamins as I’ve seen excellent benefits in the past from B supplements, and will enjoy the savings from getting everything in one place.It’s hard to measure exactly what in these supplements is doing what, but overall I’m hoping to feel a bit calmer and more balanced in the coming weeks. I may circle back and update my review at that time, and may also try some of this seller’s other items if I see positive results. Enjoy!

As a longtime l-theanine user, I like it better than my usual brand
I have taken an l-theanine supplement for years. I’m not that brand loyal most times, however if a brand disappoints me, I will avoid it. Normally I just take 200mg of plain l-theanine at night before bed, so that’s when I took this one as well. Then I found I couldn’t sleep!In the morning I looked at the bottle and noticed it says it is a non-drowsy formula that included B1, B2, B6, ashwagandha, inositol and magnesium. Everyone is different and will react differently but I had to shift to taking these in the morning…I suspect due to the B vitamins. I still get that great feeling of calm that l-theanine gives me throughout the day. I would almost say even a little more than usual, which was a nice surprise. I love it when I find something better than my usual product.The bottle says all the right things: 3rd party tested, GMP produced, non-GMO and the infamous “made in USA with global ingredients” (which is frankly I find a bit silly to point out as the source of the ingredients is the most important thing.) As usual, there is no way to confirm these things on their website or anywhere else. I wish the industry would standardize some kind of proof for these claims. However, clearly printed on the bottle are many points of contact for the company, which is a good thing.All said, my personal experience with this particular brand as a mood lifter and sleep enhancer is very positive.
