As for me, it works.Took two, nothing first day, no notice.Took two more same time and evening.Next morning, lower bowels started, 4th time to the toilet in less than an hour and a 1/2.Don’t know about flat stomach. Loss of pounds- blah blah blah. But this is most definitely doing something. This Bio Cleanse most definitely is pushing whatever it is: out.I would say if you’ve had problems, hard stools, waiting for “it” and disappointed with the outcome, take two. Maybe it’ll work quicker for you, but as for me…whoah.Set aside some time for this, and I’d say don’t go on a roadtrip or you’ll be fertilizing some guys cornfield out in bfe.Maybe instead of 2, take one, but if you want to fully cleanse and you can tolerate, take the 2, and it’s dump time a day and a half later.-Good luck-11/12/2024Here is my plan and I’ve instituted this into my daily ritual. As of now, I’ve taken and finished one jar, and I just ordered 2 more. This is NO way possibly going to work for you. However, it’s most definitely working for me. I do believe that this has helped in my weight loss. It is of my opinion, it freed up the “sludge” and bad bacterial habits that reside in my gut. Without question. I have been walking a mile or two a day, and exercise when I can. Additionally, I cut my portions…and I’m drinking lots of water…I’d say close to a gallon a day..so again, it’s me…and this does work for me. However , since the last review, I’ve had so much less bloating. I was shocked how much weight I was gaining, and I was eating LESS but still gaining the damn weight. Hence the reason for this product. In combination with the other things, I have lost an astonishing 28 lbs. so far. That’s right – 28. I do think though, you need to exercise. I do believe drinking big jugs of water pushes out the gunk inside you to not take hold. This is just a “tool” of many…however, it working incredibly well. I take 2 pills at 8 or 9 pm. At 7:30 am, like clockwork, I go. I have noticed that I have more energy, my joints aren’t hurting as I have before, and I’m cognitively more sharp as able to come to “those words” much quicker. I’m 53, and I’ve gone from 278 down to 250 and dropping…So again, this is NOT. Miracle Pill. But I do believe it has helped my gut process and ramp up significantly which is one of the keys to keeping, maintaining and processing food, weight and all…. I firmly believe in this product… once I’m low on this bottle, I’ll probably drop to one pill per day in the evening . If I feel a sluggish reoccurrence, then I’ll go up to 2 once again. Count your servings before starting
I have this same review for another of their products, While i do like innosupps brand of products as i have truly seen results with weightloss and appetite suppression, some of the bottles i recieved were definitely shorted some of the vitamins capsules. It says 30 servings on the back of the bottle, 2 of the supplement bottles i recieved only had 24, 26 servings, another had 27. I didnt realize it until 2 of the bottles ran out before my other vitamins did. I should have counted them beforehand, (i waited until i had them all to start my regimen and take them all equally wveryday as it describes) but i didnt think i had to. So yes these vitamins do seem to work, But count what you get before you start taking them. For the price of what some of these cost. I expect my full 30 servings. Seems tedious but I will count my next order to make sure i have my full 30 servings

I have been using this product for a year now. It’s an excellent detox especially if you plan for vacation and want to spent more time at the beach. It really works to reduce bloating while enjoying the food you loved!!!

This product is really good. I usually took 2 tablets after dinner at 8pm and everything is cleared out in the morning. Sometimes I had urged in the afternoon as well. I feel light whenever my bowel is moved. One thing for sure, you will give out a nasty fart. Even you can’t stand it hahaha

Am taking them now and it does help with tye belly. I have gone down 2 notches on my belt.Taking 1 capsule a day. I’m also combining low carbon diet so I.must say it helps. It not a miracle but it does help. No major side effects at all.
