This really works – but take it correctly to feel the benefits
I have added this supplement to my daily requirements and will NEVER stop taking it. I ran out and all the acid reflux, constipation, brain fog, food allergies (even pet allergies), and digestion issues returned. Like so many things – you never know how much it is helping you until you stop taking it. This is a required staple of digestion in our world of processed and GMO foods. We can’t get away from it. We need something we can include that helps us feel like we were supposed to feel before industry took over.A few things – give it some time. The first few days / weeks are up and down. You MUST learn to take the right amount. More is NOT better. Gas is a real thing. The acid reflux will move down to your lower intestine and gas and distension will happen, especially if you take too much.You MUST take it multiple times a day. Sometimes I take it only twice a day and it is about 1/2 as effective. Three times a day is optimal for me and I feel “perfect” (like my 50 year old body works like a kid’s body to process food).You MUST NOT double up when you miss a dose. I have done this more than once. Then I’m not sure if I took it or took enough, so I take more. Then – the gas gut sets in. Manage timing and quantity and you will find this stuff is amazing.The key is consistency. For me – that was hard. I would LOVE to take one pill a day that fixes things. But – this stuff adds into the mix of food all day long and makes your gut work better.

Amazing product
This product is powerful, very powerful. It may look like water and taste like water but don’t be fooled. It will have profound effects on your body. I’ve been taking it for one month now and it has improved my digestive system and has improved my energy level in an obvious way. The important thing to remember about this product is that you MUST begin slowly and build up the amount you take over a period of weeks. I began with 1/8 teaspoon per day, then after a few days or a week evolved to 1/4 teaspoon once a day; stayed on that for a few days or a week (or more), then I began to take 1/2 teaspoon twice a day, am now up to 1 teaspoon in the AM and 1 teaspoon in the afternoon. I take only 2 teaspoons per day. I am a female, 5’4″, weigh 137 lbs. and eat only 2 meals per day. If you are a man or are a bigger person, you may need the full dose which is 1 teaspoon 3 times daily. But definitely begin slowly and be patient with it, don’t give up.

This is a long review. I don’t usually do reviews, and especially not long ones – i know people won’t read them. But if there is one person out there who has struggled with SIBO/IMO as I have, reads this and gets some relief, this will be worth the effort.My internist treated me with antibiotics multiple times after having a positive breath test. Each time the symptoms eventually returned. Yeah. Most people with SIBO/IMO can probably relate.I found Dr. Robert Brody’s website about 2 month ago. I’ve never seen the man, or contacted his office. Never been treated by him. But he lists the natural protocol he uses to treat my condition. I simply found products that contained the ingredients he listed for SIBO/IMO. I’ve been using:Garlic – I’ve been taking Allicin MaxQuebracho colorado – an herb found in AtrantilION – closest product i could find that matched his recommendationsBeen using these three products for over a month. Bloating is gone – I no longer look like i’m ready to give birth in the evening. Gas is essentially gone (still have some, but i eat a very high fiber diet). I’ve lost weight and my stomach is actually flat – FLAT – in the morning! And I’ve been fasting intermittently ( doing the 8/16 routine). I don’t know if it’s one particular product, or a combination of all the above that made a difference. I do plan to contact his office to see if I can find out how long I should stay on this protocol. I’d stay on it the rest of my life if I continue to see the results i’ve had. If you’re struggling with this nasty condition, hang in there. Hope this helps.

Ion Game changer for Gut and Teeth!
Detal Surgeon recommended this specific product and a product called GC Tooth Mouse once a month and using a fluoride free toothpaste with nano- hydroxyapatite in it, we use a paste called “Boka”, for my granddaughters and myself, and cannot tell you how well our dental cleaning visits have literally been cut in half as we have hardly any plaque build up. My last visit was literally 20 minutes start to finish with the hygienist commenting on my flossing. I floss regularly 2x to maybe 3x a week depending on what gets stuck in between my teeth. The sad thing is GC Tooth Mouse was originally given only to dental specialist to sell to customers with several dental problems, which only helps the teeth they have left. Grrr!!! Using it when on has teeth to strengthen and protect makes more logical sense.

Use this product DAILY. It is very easy to take. There is NO taste and NO capsules. It’s just an easy product. I have used this product before under a different name. This is the best product ever as my body is detoxing from fungus. Using this product cuts out all the bloating and I have very little pain. I notice a HUGE difference if I go a day without using the product – swelling resumes, bloating, pain, gassy – I can only pray that there will be a day when I do not have to use this product. This should be given by NHS.It’s helped me get rid of a problem I had withh pylori stomach bug. The doctor (nurse actually as the doctors are to busy) wanted to ply me with tablets. Did some research into gut health came across this on podcast after listening to Zach Bush. starting taking it and never felt better. Stomach problem cleared up and general/mental health better. Combining it with getting outside reconnecting with nature, breathing better. Thanks for this Zach you’ve changed a life.
