Love this product. I drink it every night before bed to help my body digest what I ate that day. Typically I get acid reflux in the mornings, but not with isotonix. The flavor is very light and tastes like a yellow Gatorade. Love this product.

Pros: Actually helps when you have an upset stomach. Can feel relief within 20 minutes. Love love LOVE the individual packets!Cons: still tastes weird but I’m already used to it. I don’t like the powder that settles to the bottom but it’s just a minor thing. Other than that it’s an excellent tummy soother that I can always carry on hand. Thanks!
