Great product for any athlete or avid gym goer
If you are trying to build muscle or recover, this is a great option. I do tons of research and this brand is good, but this product in particular is fantastic. Definitely notice a difference in sleep quality as well as muscle recovery the next day. Significantly less sore the day after so workouts can be pushed harder with less consequence. Highly recommend if you’re serious about working out.

I exercise extremely hard, every single day, so sleep is extremely important to me. However, deep sleep can be evasive, and a single glass of port wine is not enough to help me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. For me, Build PM has been a great addition to my supplement regimen. I take it every single night, right around 10:45, anticipating that I will be crawling into bed sometime between 11:30 and midnight. Build PM helps me to feel extremely relaxed, and when I do fall asleep, the sleep is much more restorative, regenerative, and reenergizing than it has been since I was a little kid. I sleep very deeply, and I know that my sleep is of the most desirable variety simply because I have such strange, vivid dreams. I wake up around 6:30 each morning feeling well. I take a couple of sips of my pre-workout energy drink, and I’m ready to begin the quest for increased PR’s each successive day. I’ve now begun stacking my Build PM with ZMO, just to further improve the quality of my sleep. I’m 42 years of age, but I quite literally feel like I’m around 18. This product is for anyone that needs to sleep (in other words, it’s for everyone.) Oh, and BTW, there’s a decent amount of Melatonin in this product, which isn’t in a lot of other sleep aids (and if it’s there, it may be a very low, almost insignificant dose.) For the record: MELATONIN IS BEING TOUTED AS A SUPPLEMENT TO FIGHT OFF COVID-19!!!

Not for people with depression/anxiety
I have suffered from insomnia, depression, and anxiety for years. I gave this a try. Well even at one pill, it definitely made me sleep. But too much. The next day I slept all day, was groggy and even more depressed and couldn’t function. I’m sure it’s great for a lot of people, but just definitely be aware of your health condition before giving it a go. Maybe try it on a weekend. But I still think it’s a good product, just not for me 🙁

Minor benefits if any
I have taken straight melatonin for years before going to bed. I tried this because it had many ingredients in addition to melatonin that are supposed to support good sleep as well as muscle growth. I took the whole bottle and felt the sleep inducing effects were less than taking straight melatonin. As far as muscle growth benefits or diminished soreness, I didn’t notice much difference between taking it and not taking it. If there were any effects, they were minor.

I will start by saying it’s very difficult to find a Night Time supplement with all of the right ingredients. I read a few articles about the different types of muscle recovery and sleep aide ingredients an active person needs to get the most out of their recovery and sleep. After my research, I was not willing to sacrifice on my ingredients.Build PM has everything you need for effective muscle recovery and for a good night’s rest. I’ve been using Build PM for the past two weeks and it has significantly helped my sleep. The first few nights my sleep was improving only slightly, but by night 4-5 I was sleeping straight through the night.Jacked Factory made an excellent supplement in Build PM and I highly recommend it to you!

Sound Sleep
The “Build PM” by Jacked Factory exceeded my expectations. I’ve tried other similar products that worked, but not as well as this one. I’ve looked at other prices for similar products on Amazon, but have not found one as affordable as this one. I hate taking the sleepy time products that contain acetamenophen and benadryl because of the after effects of waking up drowsy. This product relaxes me at night and helps me to sleep. I work odd hours and have had a hard time going to sleep. I would go 2-3 days without taking anything and eventually have to take some brand of sleepy time PM product to get 4-5 hours of sleep. I take Build PM as instructed about 45 min. before bedtime and am able to get 6 1/2-7 hrs. of sleep, which is needed for the job I do. I also work out 5 days a week and proper sleep is needed to grow and maintain health. Try this product. I have already told friends about it.

Made Me Throw Up
I wanted to like this so bad; I’m in the gym 5-6 days a week and am doing really well with building muscle and wanted something to aid with my recovery as I am sore a lot and have trouble sleeping. I’ve tried this on 3 different nights and ended up calling out of work because I was up all night worshipping the porcelain gods. It initially knocked me out for about 2 hours but once that nausea hit I was up all night and it felt like I had a bad stomach flu. The ingredients themselves listed are not bad at all and my body generally is very tolerant with supplements, I’m wondering if it’s maybe a quality control issue and due to supplements not being regulated, if maybe the same amounts of ingredients are not evenly dispersed throughout the capsules and I got bad batches. I tried both bottles I ordered (delivery issue with Amazon and they said my initial order of this was lost, so I ordered a second), and had the same results though so I’m not sure. Just wanted to throw this out there for anyone who may have the same issues.
