Good + Bad
When mine came the top was broken off, but it’s still oil. As for using it, pretty straightforward, it’s just the smell. In my opinion, any castor oil just doesn’t smell good. But this is a part of my LCO method, it’s great for locking in moisture to promote hair growth. It is a little heavy, and thick though. My favorite oil that’s a little thinner would have to be peppermint oil, (just in case).

I have tried every oil out there
I have had a dry, itchy, irritated scalp for most of my life which has been getting worse recently since I have been getting older. I have tried every oil, coconut oil, all of the ayurvedic oils, camellia oil, olive oil, tea tree oil, shea butter, and cocoa butter, the list could go on forever. I basically gave up thinking there was nothing out there for me. I happened to come across some YouTube videos on Jamaican Black Castor oil and I figured what the heck, tried everything else.When I got it I slathered it all on my scalp and some in my hair for a couple of hours and put a cap on and let it sit and my scalp felt so much better. Today I left it in for 6 hours while I did other stuff, my scalp felt so calm with the oil on, no itching, nothing. I washed it out about an hour ago and my scalp feels so good and my hair is probably the softest it has ever felt. No itching, no flaking, just feels a bit tingly, but a good tingly.If I could I would buy this stuff by the gallon. I will definitely be purchasing this again and again! I’m hooked!
