THE EASY SECRET TO CLEARING THRUSH & YEAST!
This review is not to put down or praise probiotics by Jarrow, Now or any other brand. However, I truly wanted to help you folks out there who are trying to fight yeast infections and oral thrush. It’s a hard battle where you can’t eat your favorite foods like cheese and sugar for months and months till you are sure you’ve won the battle over these organisms. I tried a traditional ‘cure’ and it’s working unlike anything. Elders in certain cultures tell you to eat your yoghurt with salt & roasted crushed cumin (instead of sugar) to replenish your gut and deal with problems like constipation and other issues. My elders told me the same as well but I just couldn’t think a simple thing like yoghurt could be really all you need! We have stopped trusting food, we have stopped trusting SIMPLE things in life. After years of battling oral thrush and taking candida formulas or probiotic pills, my thrush would go down and come back with a little cheating on food or simple stress!!! I was losing the battle. Finallyyyy, I thought of giving yoghurt a try. WOW. This is the real thing that works unlike the best of probiotic pills. After just 2 weeks of having half a cup of salted or plain yoghurt in lunch and dinner, my tongue is not only pink but I have also dared to incorporate foods like banana (which is sweet), sourdough breads, & milk and although my tongue would get only slightly white the next day, it would totally clear up by lunch time. With probiotic pills & herbal formulas however, if I slipped and indulged in a glass of milk at night lets say, the entire tongue would be heavily coated white the next morning and would take a day or 2 to come back to normal. What motivated me to try plain yoghurt was reading somewhere that instead of using herbs to kill yeast or candida, one should focus on inducing more good bacteria in the gut which eats up the bad guys without producing toxins and is a ‘biologically smarter’ way to wage war on bad bacteria. I not only stopped taking probiotic pills by Jarrow but also stopped taking the homeopathic Candida High Potency 9 formula and just the YOGHURT ALONE did the trick and I couldn’t be happier & pleasantly surprised! I was sick of popping pills and I think I have been fortunate finally to have the sense to try a simple food to help the body. I think if we start eating the right things in the right measure, our bodies can do the rest and help themselves in adjusting to a healthier state! When we think and eat wrong, we create disease and when we think and eat the right stuff, why can’t we get back to our original state? Yoghurt is the cheapest and healthiest cure you can find for your condition. Whatsmore, if you add some herbs or spices to it along with salt, it can be a delicious addition to your lunch and dinner. Try adding chopped cucumber, red onions, cilantro to it with salt & red chilli powder for a filling dip. I have also reduced the yoghurt intake to 1/4th cup 2 times a day and I am still doing good! This is my 3rd week. Hope some of you try this real, inexpensive and wholesome remedy and come back to comment after your success. Cheers to good health on the planet.
