Awesome eye cream!!
I have used Jurlique Herbal recovery eye serum and eye cream for years, and love both of them! The Eye Serum was discontinued about a year ago (: but thank heaven the cream is still available. I finally found an eye serum I like that works well with this cream. I apply the serum first, let dry, then apply the cream. It is very hydrating, and effective against fine lines around the eye area. Works well under foundation. A must-have and not run out item!! Highly recommend!!

I used to work for a very well known international cosmetics company so I have tried some creams costing double the amount of this product. Overall, the box, the applicator and the pot are all lovely and the brand message seems clear about the quality of the item, which I like. I also like the product is Australian and not made in China, so I looked into it and have seen it is popular down under. I do think the cream is too lightly scented however and for me had absolutely zero scent, so it doesn’t feel like a luxury item in that way. I think the consistency of the cream is also nice and it applies easily, only needing a very small amount. I have used it for just under a week now as part of my routine and had no reaction at all near my eyes, so it was suitable for sensitive skin as I usually have weeping eyes when using a new cream – well done for this as It shows the ingredients are good quality. I think overall I would probably not buy this again as its a bit of an unknown brand for me still and I do like some light scent, but I do think the quality is exceptional and its clearly not got any nasties in it. If it has made a difference to my eye appearance, nobody has commented, but I don’t wear skin make up and I have seen my eyes for me appear brighter and fresher recently.Thanks for this and I would not be put off trying other products from you as I do feel the quality rivals well known UK skin care brands.

I am a huge Jurlique fan so was really excited to get to try some products from their new Herbal Recovery collection. As with the rest of their products, the natural ingredients are grown on their own large farm in Australia so you can be assured about the traceability of them.In the box is a little glass pot and a plastic spatula. I would have preferred a metal or glass spatula but the frosted plastic does look okay. The cream has a light, beautifully silky texture and just a small amount is needed for each eye. I’ve been using it for quite some time now as I wanted to thoroughly try it out and there’s still plenty in the pot so you get a lot of usage even though it’s only 15ml.After applying, my skin looks instantly hydrated and feels moisturised. I apply morning and evening after using the Herbal Recovery Bi Phase Serum and before the Herbal Recovery Cream and the products work well together to keep my skin feeling replenished. Despite the welcome hydration boost to my eye area, I haven’t noticed any difference in the fine lines around my eyes even though I’ve been using it for a good while, although it doesn’t make any claims to that effect on the box or pot so maybe I’m expecting too much from the product.I love the Jurlique rose fragrance in their products but I know not everyone loves rose scented products, however, the rose in this product is very subtle and is nicely balanced with light citrus and fresh woody notes which suits this collection very well.

This cream arrives well packaged in it’s cardboard box, nestled alongside a small spatula.The jar is small compared to the box size but it looks so classy. The spatula really allows you to place the cream exactly where it needs on be, focussing on those dark circles!It is really easy to apply, pop a bit on your spatula and glide it over the undereye skin, you then just need to massage it in with your fingertips. The spatula is great because it stops the need to put your fingers into the cream, preventing any possible contamination.The scent is lovely but not too strong and the cream feels thick enough to be luxurious, whilst absoring into the skin really quickly.I’ve been using this for a few days now, in the morning and at bedtime. My circles are still there but they do seem less prominent, so I already feel like I can see an improvement.It is pricey at £49 for a 15ml jar (at time of review) but I can tell the difference in the general quality/effectiveness compared to other products I’ve used (plus it’s always nice to spoil yourself).
