I’m new to using protein powder of any kind, but since where I live is 420 friendly I decided to try this one out. I need to put on a few pounds. Mind you I’ve never cooked with protein powder before,but I made 3 things1: Shrimp and sausage over rice Creole style. I like it spicy.2: pumpkin spice black tea and vanilla yogurt smoothie. With added pumpkin creamer for flavor.3: pumpkin spice protein pancakes even picky 8 year old will eatThe food and the smoothie tastes amazing. I don’t taste the hemp protein. It was very easy to use. I also have high anxiety and I heard hemp is good for that as well. I hope I’m using it right. I will update if it helps with my energy level. Our of all 3 the pancakes is my favorite way to go

This is a great product. It’s a very good price. It comes well packaged. It has a slight earthy taste. I put 1 tsp at night. Time with warm water, I mix it in with my psyllium husk it helps me regulate my bathroom issues. I’ve had no bad side effects from it. Only good, a great product. I definitely recommend it. Comes in a hard canister. you can screw back on the hard plastic lid, so it stays fresh. Also , has a best buy date on it. Causes no stomach upset at all! and I have a very sensitive stomach.If this was gonna cause any stomach issues I’d probably be the first to know and it does not.

Not a strong taste but very hard to mix just by itself -Very much better in a smoothie. Good ingredients which of course is why I bought it. Good size for the price.

The reason I think this is a really great product is because it has less carbs and a nice nutty flavor. The taste is great and it’s versatile for different recipes. Plus, it’s non-GMO verified and packed with 11g of protein and fiber each serving. Perfect for summer months and adding more nutrients to my diet.

Yuck. Gross. It left my drink griddy, almost like I had sand in my mouth. I couldnt get over the texture. Taste was not great either!
