Great vitamin!
These vitamins were recommended by my doctors office after having some blood tests show some vitamin deficiencies. They offer everything I need in one pill! My other ones were two a day and fell short on some levels, so just taking one is nice. They don’t upset my stomach at all & they actually smell good to be a vitamin. Effectiveness:It supplies all vitamin levels I need without having to take a bunch of extra vitamins too.Ease of swallow:It’s a bigger type pill but I can swallow it with no issues. They gave a really strong vanilla taste. I dislike the fact that I burp and taste it and the pills are huge horse pills lol BUT my energy is UP and I get my vitamin intake. They also smell like vanilla as well. I’ll definitely be buying these again, it’s worth the money.

Love these. They help me keep my vitamin levels up after surgery. Been taking them since surgery and all my levels have been perfect even considering I don’t eat very much. They don’t have a strong smell but they smell like vitamins which isn’t bad. But I do appreciate that when you are taking them, they don’t taste like vitamins. They have a pleasant vanilla taste to them. Other vitamins were hard to take because of the taste and the after taste. These I don’t mind taking because they don’t have that bad after taste. They don’t upset my stomach, and you definitely get your money’s worth. The quality is very good. These are my new favorite vitamins.

Large but not hard to swallow
I have not had weight loss surgery but was malnourished due to years of undiagnosed Addison’s Disease. Dr recommended a high potent vitamin and I stumbled upon these. Dr agreed these were a great choice. Been on for 2 months and can already see a huge difference in how I feel and how my labs look. The pills are large but they go down fairly easily for me. The price is great compared to other options. I do not notice a smell or taste, but I take quickly with water. Hopefully, I will not be on these forever but they have been great to get me back to healthy.

Great Multivitamin
I was scared at first because how big the pull looked but once I took it I was fine. It has a vanilla taste to it witch is fine because it’s not an overpowering flavor. I mostly bought it because I’m anemic and I had the Bariatric Sleeve done and my iron was very low after that surgery. After I started taking these and went back to the doctor my levels went up and have stayed up and it’s great because not only it has the right amount of iron but it’s a multivitamin that you take once a day and don’t have to take vitamins separately.

An easy to take vitamin, but has 4 times the recommended dose of Vit B6 (even allowing for mal-absorption following bariatric surgery).Just One was recommended to me by the dietitian. It is an easy to take product that didn’t result in the usual nausea that I experienced – associated with B12. However, after 8 months of taking this product as the sole vitamin supplement, I became very unwell and was eventually diagnosed with vitamin B6 peripheral neuropathy. The source was traced to this product as i was not taking any other supplements.I recommend that you get your B6 levels checked before you start taking this brand, as alternatives with a lower daily dose of B6 may be more appropriate. The TGA of Australia provide this warning’WARNING – Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains vitamin B6)’though there is no current requirement for manufacturers to display this warning on products that contain less than 50mg of B6.
