I bought this product for my teenage son, who had been struggling with acne. We had tried everything—top-rated over-the-counter products, prescription creams like retinol, and even oral antibiotics prescribed by his dermatologist—but nothing seemed to work. I was really starting to worry.When I came across this product, I was skeptical. But after trying so many things already, I figured one more couldn’t hurt. I even considered taking him to an acne clinic, which would have cost a lot more, if this didn’t work.To my surprise, it actually did. He started using it consistently, and now only applies it occasionally when a breakout starts to come back. His acne is basically gone, and I credit this product for making a huge difference.I should also mention that he made some lifestyle changes too—cutting back on fried foods, dairy, and sugar, which helped him lose weight and improve his skin. I believe going to the gym played a role as well. All these changes together really paid off.

Only put on cyst/pimple
I’m giving 5 stars because this product does work, but I want to warn do not put this anywhere but directly on the pimple. If you put it on your skin around it , it can easily scar. It was definitely user error that I gave myself a slight chemical burn. It scared a bit and I’ve had to use medurma to clear up the scar.

Great product with a minor
This is probably one of the better acne spot treatments on the market. Having both sulfur and salicylic acid in one makes it more effective than salicylic acid alone which is standard for home spot treatments. However, this is my second bottle and I’ve notice a recurring issue. It dries up when I still have plenty of the pink paste left on the bottom. Then I can no longer use it.

Beyond impressive!!!
I know, everybody says how they tried every acne product under the sun… But no, really, I have. This is a miracle product, beyond a game changer. Think of those big giant hormonal pimples that you get and this will, literally like the product is titled, eradicate them!!! This helps with those stubborn underground pimples that you can never pop as well as open pimples. I’ve had this product for two or three weeks and I never have to use it because as soon as the tiniest thing appears, I put a little dot on it and by morning, I don’t even have to put concealer, just foundation.

Works Wonders!
This product works so well for me when I need to get rid of a pimple fast. It’s very effective but the smell is strong. When I leave it for an extended period of time, though, I notice that I tend to feel a little queasy or get a headache after a while. Pop a tums and I’m usually fine—honestly it’s worth it for how quickly it works.

Most of the time it works on drying imperfections but other times it doesn’t, not sure what’s the reason behind this. I would still recommend though
