So far so good
I just started to use these, so I am unable to give full review, however, I am going to try them out and see if it is worth it. What I can say now is that so far it has not givien me stomach discomfort, I feel good, I take it every morning, I haven’t felt as tired as I usually do, and I do feel a bit more focused.

They work…
These work where I really didn’t expect them to. They are better than the name brand one as it literally makes me sick and nervous feeling. These work to give you a natural feeling more like endurance. I’m 61 and some days I just don’t have the energy to do 7 or 8 hours of yardwork. I have 5 lawns to mow every week, and two kids to.take care of 5 dogs and 8 cats. Only 1 me though, so I.lije to take care of myself. I love the fresh air of the yardwork and being outdoors in the sun. We’ve had floodwaters back 10 days ago and I spent 3vdays digging out the ditches around our entire block because the city hadn’t gotten to it and Im the youngest person on the block. I was able to do it and our homes did not flood even though it was expected..our yards did because they didn’t clear the main culvert, but I was able to clear the street drains during the rains and keep the water levels down. So these helped. No rush of energy or shakes,nervousness ,perspiring or irritability. Just as I said, endurance. So yes they are effective if taken as suggested and personally I add 2 mag glycinate to help my muscles keep going without aches and pains. I take these with a healthy breakfast meal and only as needed. Sometimes that’s 4 days in a row but they are non addictive and I have had no side effects like I had with the brown bottle ones. They are,as I said&- inexpensive. Drink plenty of wAter to stay hydrated and see if these can help you get through those tougher days

Unsure, but works for some things.
To explain my review, I got this for focus (why did I walk into this room? or losing train of thought.) and memory. I am female 74 yrs old, in pretty good health. Any way, after starting taking one pill after breakfast, I noticed an improvement in my train of thought very quickly, within 24 hrs. But, I think it hurt my memory. I tested it this way: Every day I have to rest for around an hour in the afternoon. I always pass the time by playing 2 games on my tablet: a word game and a block puzzle game. I am usually very good at both. However, the day after starting the pills, I could not work the word game at all. Even the easy 3 and four letter words would not come to mind, even with a hint. However, I was better than usual at the block puzzle game. It continued this way, every day, for 5 days. So, I will leave it to you, Dear Readers, to know what that means. Naturally, I stopped taking it and will move on to the next supplement to see if I can find the “holy grail” for focus and recall in senior minds.

Works – No Placebo Effect
I’m always open to trying a new supplement for focus, memory and mood improvement as I work in a stressful, mentally taxing job. Most I’ve tried haven’t produced any noticeable effect as I’m very conscious of placebo effects. Another I tried recently caused pretty serious stomach issues.After coming across this, seeing the affordable price and reading many solid reviews, I was skeptical but ordered the smallest bottle to give it a try.No immediate effects within the first 2-3 days but also no side effects taking two in the morning. HOWEVER, once at day 4-5 I noticed my heart isn’t racing at the prospect of conflict at work, and I’m able to stay zoned in on complex work problems, and my mood feels improved. Also no issues with going to sleep at normal times.I did not expect this effect to be noticeable but it 100% is. This feels like a game changer.It’s easy to swallow and I honestly kind of like the natural smell and taste. It’s earthy.I hope this product stays available on Amazon for a long time to come because it seems like a keeper.

Smart pills
It works wonderfully. The very first time I took it, I gave it time to kick in, and 24 hours later I had an exam to take, and sure enough, I passed the exam. The first time I took an exam 2 weeks ago, I got a C, but after taking these smart pills, I got a grade of B. So really these smart pills work as well as they say they do. Great product to have. I definitely would be buying this again.
