Works well! Pills aren’t too big so it easy to take. The quality of the ingredients is high, I’ll definitely be getting more after sharing mine with family and friends to see if it works for them.

Fantastic supplement! It did what I had hoped and more. Taking this before bed allowed me to be ready for bed way faster and sleep deeper than I usually do. The best part is waking up the next morning feeling refreshed and energized as well. I swear it gave me a lot more energy the next day (likely as a result of more quality sleep and meaningful ingredients). You should definitely try it.

These ingredients and the combination of relaxing herbals, including with the melatonin – will certainly help you relax & get the sleep that everyone needs, for a healthy mind and clarity when you wake up. Although the serving size is 2 pills – taking a single pill is the right amount to get me through the night, without feeling groggy in the morning. Taking the normal serving size, will certainly be a much better(safer) alternative to the normal sleep aids…which are not as good as this ‘Sleep Formula’. I’ve tried quite a few, yet these seem to have the right balance, to make your sleep – and waking – so much better.And for the price – it’s a small price to pay, to get the needed, steady sleep pattern.Now. This stuff feels like sleep medication and you actually are more calm and happy the next day. Took me from 5 hours a night to 8-9hours. Huge improvement.

Not sure I’d buy again
If you’re reading this review you have issues falling or staying asleep. I have both issues. I’ve tried everything. This seems to take longer to work but I eventually fall asleep but I don’t stay asleep. I want something to knock me out for at least 6 hours. I’d say I get 2-3 out of this. So it does work, just not as effectively as I want. No side effects, taste issues or drowsiness. They’re not huge but not small caps either. It was worth the try.
