I’m using in conjuction with kayas testosterone booster and wow. I’ve literally lost 12lbs ! I’m more lean, have the boost I need to make it through my workouts . I got this to when I’m fasting and it does suppress my appetite. Drink plenty of water as you can get dehydrated quickly ! Water is your friend with any thermogenic burner and great for over all health. Can’t believe how tighter my body looks since I’ve stared this 3 weeks ago. Finally ! Definitely putting this on a repeat buy. I’m very prone to allergic reactions and I’ve had none. Only down side is when I first take it ,I get a massive surge of energy . No heart racing or anything like that but like a huge wake up boost .good stuff . Well see how it goes when I cycle off for a week .Update:3/10/2025 : still using since I haven’t quite reach my target weight goal. I’ve used this for a week now. Yes, it does work. It’s not some super-magic pill that will stop ALL hunger. What helps me is to eat some avocado toast and drink lemon water with my morning pill, I’m able to go on that one meal all day.. (Make sure you do what’s healthiest for YOU. Make sure you understand your body’s signals if you’re thinking about a strict diet cut). The supplements do help suppress appetite and cravings. It helps promote energy levels without feeling jittery. It’s not a crack-head like energy, but a ‘well-rested and ready to go’ type energy. I have lost 4 pounds so far. My sleep has improved a bit since taking these supplements, but nothing drastic. My only issue is the the RED 40 in it. It’s absolutely unnecessary and ridiculous to even put in there. The capsules don’t need to look like anything but capsules. I hope they remove that junk from the product. Therefore I docked 2 stars. Other than that, I have no complaints. It’s a nice product and it does work. If you’re currently on medication for any reason please consult with your doctor beforehand!

Really works!!
I felt more energized, lost over 7lb in 2 weeks with no change in my diet or exercise, definitely have a decrease in appetite and can only eat very small portions. Bloating is non existence after eating or drinking anything. Definitely will be buying again. I was skeptical at 1st but after the 3rd day I could feel a difference. I only take 1 pill 1st thing in the morning with 20oz of water.

I was concerned about ordering a thermogenic product that would make me jittery and feel drugged. But this product does none of that. I definitely feel a reduced appetite but without feeling jittery, no crash or low energy. I also saw a review about the need to use the bathroom frequently but here again we’re all unique and I didn’t experience any of those issues. I’ve been using the product for about 2 weeks and I’ve lost 7 pounds. I marked my calendar in order to adhere to the 8 weeks use recommendation at which time I’ll take 2 weeks off if I haven’t reached my goal weight. I’ve been on a weight loss journey for almost 2 years losing 50 pounds slowly and it’s the final 10 pounds that I couldn’t get rid of. But now I’m so close. I’m within 3-4 pounds of that goal after being stuck at a plateau for a full year. I’m confident that I can reach my goal with the help of this product. I attended a wedding this past weekend. I ate what I wanted in moderation, had a few drinks, took my pill and came home almost a pound lighter! I’m very pleased with this product!

Surprise disappointment
Kaya has Green Tea Plus (a green tea thermogenic) which was pretty good for energy, so I thought I’d try this product as well. Almost a month in, and nothing. Not even a nominal change in energy, focus, appetite or body composition. even at considerably higher dosages, I’m no feeling or experiencing anything. I’ll chalk this up as another learning experience.
