Will not buy again it threw my hormones off so bad. I only took it for 30 days and took it the way the directions said and after 30 days I stopped taking it because I noticed something was wrong and it took 3 months to get back on track and have my hormones at the right levels. I have not experienced any hormone imbalances before taking these.

I’ve only been on these for a couple of weeks. But when I forget to take my two, I can see a huge difference in my appetite. I love the way they slowly dissolve in your mouth. You’re not supposed to chew them up. I can see myself having these around for a long time to maintain. Sometimes I think it’s harder to lose 10 lb than it is 50. Lol

I don’t know how effective this product is yet. I just received it yesterday, chewed a couple gummies last night, & was down 1 pound. Of course, I did eat less last evening & was not hungry. I will do the same tonight & keep you posted!
