Smooth start to keto, without the funk
No taste, no smell, and no weird burps after taking them. These capsules go down clean and don’t leave any aftereffects. The quality feels solid and they were easy on my stomach. I noticed a gentle decrease in appetite and felt more balanced during my first few keto days. At $14.53 at the time of this review, you get 15 full servings, which feels like a fair value for what you’re getting. Personally, I don’t love taking four capsules first thing in the morning every day, but the benefits make it easy to stick with.

I was off keto for about 3 weeks and I wanted to get back in to keep going on my weight loss health journey. I got these to help give me a little boost and I think they did help. I used the serving size of 4 capsules on an empty stomach in the morning. I was happy there’s no taste, they’re easy to swallow and no burping or digestive issues after. In 2 days I was back into ketosis and reading ketones on test strips. That was great because I’d practically been on a carb sourdough diet lol!These do contain caffeine and green tea extract that helps give an energy boost, the sunflower oil seems to aid in appetite suppression since its the “fat” your body burns, and the vitamins definitely help combat the dreaded “keto flu” feeling that can happen as you enter ketosis and lose electrolytes.The package states made in USA with globally sourced ingredients, but theres no other certification or labeling regarding ingredients.This has 15 servings making it an average of $1 a day, a quarter per capsule if you break it further down. I didnt think that was unreasonable, I’ve gotten other keto diet aids that equate to more per serving for sure. Beat the keto fog
These capsule are a good way to spplement your energy levels when starting keto. 100mg of caffeine from green tea extract provides a boost along with minerals like calcium and magnesium to provide balance. Gelatin capsule are easy to swallow, with only slight odor. No burps or aftertaste noted. These are not vegan, but then vegan keto would be a challenge! The package contains 4 blister sheets with 15 pills on each sheet. The instructions say to take up to 4 pills per day, so these will last just 2 weeks. Enough to get you over the hump of starting keto. These capsules have been helpful with starting keto again. Knowing that carb slump can happen is worrisome, but these capsules help.

Handy for kickstarting Keto
These ketone capsules are handy for kickstarting ketosis if you are just beginning for a cycle or are returning to keto. Having done keto several times over the years, I know the feeling of the first day when your body starts to transition into ketosis mode. These assist getting over that hump. I felt energized throughout the day, despite having had a hard workout this morning. I do not plan to take these every day during this Keto cycle, although I will likely take them on the transition days when I return to keto for an added boost.One thing I was not initially aware of is the caffeine content of these, it contains 100 mg of caffeine which is about the same as a small cup of coffee. So if you are sensitive to caffeine you will want to be careful taking these, especially in the afternoon or evening.One thing that is weird is how they are organized in sheets of 15, despite the dosage being 4 pills. This can make it awkward when you are finishing a sheet, as you’ll need to bring a whole new sheet with you as well. A redesign might make more sense to put 16 or 12 per sheet.
