KSM 66 is different from the normal stuff thats for sure! It didnt provide me with the extra oomph while working out or higher energy levels in the day but it seemed to have more of an effect on my sleep. All in all serves a purpose but is a different thing from just the normal ashwaganda supplement. Still a great tool to help improve sleep and maximize your biohacking!

Love it. I’m glad I bought this. I used to have bad anxiety. It has calm me and I sleep lot better. I don’t take any medications from doctor. You dont feel anything else. Just no stress or anxiety. Thanks. Gives me more energy in morning as well. It does have lot of effect. Has no taste. I take 2 pills once daily.

Lowers my cortisol too much dose to high for me!
Lowers my glucose too much drops it under 50 I’m not a diabetic. I take NAD as well so maybe too much impact on my cortisol which lowers my glucose even though no symptoms of hypoglycemia enough to stop it.
