This has been a lifesaver for me. I have been more focused and able to complete tasks without getting distracted. I take one in the morning for focus and one at night for sleep. I’m not a fan of the way I feel the next morning. That’s why the 4 stars,but I definitely love how relaxed I feel right before bed. Easy to swallow,not so big. I’d definitely buy again once I run low.

Excellent value and love the addition of Mag glycinate. Pills are somewhat large but I take them with a warm beverage as others have suggested. These have helped me with anxiety and mood and sleep quality. Will repurchase

These seem to work just as well as the dissolvable tablets from another brand. These capsules have the same texture as a fish oil tablet and are about half the size. They are more round and not oval which I’m not a fan of, they seem a little bit harder to swallow than a normal vitamin because of the weird round shape. I switched to this brand because of the organic ingredients and the value. These are made with a coconut carrier oil instead of a seed oil which I really appreciate. Just take one at a time when swallowing.
