Product arrived on time and undamaged. The product has worked to relax me, allowed me to focus on my work, or become drowsy more easily at night. Bought this after a friend suggested L-Theanine. I recently decided to quit using alcohol and was having a very hard time going to sleep. After a few days of use before bed it is helping me fall asleep and stay asleep for around 6 hours a night. I haven’t experienced any grogginess in the morning which is awesome.

It’s not “Extra Strength”. Misleading!
I bought this because I usually have to take (2) 200mg capsules and I thought that this saying it was 400mg “Extra Strength “ that it would be convenient to only take one capsule instead. Wrong. It’s just slimey marketing. It’s the same exact 200mg capsules that I’m used to, which still works but it’s frustrating when your mislead.
