Great mushroom starter supplement
I just recently in the last 3-4 months started taking mushroom supplements after doing some research journal reading and I know LAIRD is a reputable brand so I gave them a shot. It is a very small bag with very small amount of powder but the powder is thin and concentrated so you don’t need a lot. I think the recommendation is a tsp so it should last a little while. Mushroom fruiting bodie supplements are not something you will notice immediate results with, it takes time and consistent consumption just like eating any vegetables or vitamins. With prolonged daily routine use you notice improvements in motivation, general sense of well being and more energy. I now take a different supplement than this brand because it has more of a variety than the laird however laird is great for just getting started! I mix it with my coffee with a little milk frother every morning and don’t notice any dramatic change in taste or texture. (I’ve only missed 4 mornings in the last 124 days!) Keep consistent.

I have tried 1-2-3- just 4 other mushroom coffee drink mixes. This caught my eye because it has Maitake Mushrooms in it.Allegedly, it is my “power” or beneficial fungus.This powder 3/4 tsp serving mixes well with hot or boiling water, with coffee, soy milk and a dash of Stevia=Comfort> Clear-minded >Peaceful>Deliciousness – and ALL from Amazon! Pay attention Amazon!, Even my mug and bombilla are from Amazon!You don’t really need that to stir. But I discovered it distributes the mushroom powder very well and doesn’t sink to bottom.If you not continue to stir it, it will sink to the bottom. And it will make you sad because you won’t have time to drudge up that sludge.Definitely got all my servings as described on packaging.Packaging.It is the only gripe I have. At the end of bag/ packet. You have to be careful to not fling those precious granules out to have your last 3-4 servings- 😕. The last servings are in the folds of the packet.One of the other brands was by Four Stigmatic BALANCE has the small cylinder packaging WITH a tiny 3/4 teaspoon included. That was nice. I hope one day Lairds will package like that.However I DID like the packaging closure.Seals tighter than polident!So I really like it will order again.

Purest mushrooms blend or any drink
I love how its pure mushrooms and nothing else. I can put it into anything like juices, smoothies, or coffee. Lots of other brands are coffee powder with the mushrooms, this one is straight mushrooms!

Good energy
First off, this stuff does give you some sustained energy, like others have said. However, don’t try mixing it with cold water, because it will not mix well. You have to combine it with some hot coffee or something like that in order to get the powder to blend. As for the taste- you have to mix it with something; otherwise it tastes like ground up dirt and mushrooms. I’m not sure if the bang for your buck is quite there. The pack is a bit pricy for what you get. Overall, not a bad product…just work on the blending capability and the taste.

I drank mudwatr for nearly a year and it worked ok. I tried this today because Lairds a legend. It’s better priced, better tasting and smaller portions. My mood is better, my energy sustained. The only thing that would make it 110% would be a 3/4 tsp shaped like a surfboard!!!

Works great, but not sure what dosage.
I will start with the pros:So like with any mushroom supplement, this Can have a grainy texture but not horrible. I have also used MUD coffee and that has a much thicker consistency, this was so much more tolerable. Blends best when using a frothing tool in order to not have clumps.Flavor is actually kind of nutty and very pleasant. I also really like that I don’t have to drink this with coffee as I am more of a tea drinker and I have my own favorites.Energy is the number one pro. I barely have energy to climb out of bed. This has me waking up and getting the kids off to school and instead of going back to bed I can actually start my day. I don’t know if I will ever NOT buy this product if I continue feeling this great.Now for the cons which I am only finding one. If someone can please reach out to help because I don’t know which is correct. The bag says 2g or 1 tsp is a serving. However 1tsp weighs 4 grams. If I go by tsp which most people don’t have a scale, will only allow this bag to last 22.5 servings! Measuring by weight 1/2 tsp comes out to 2 grams. So which one is the manufacture typo? Am i supposed to be a 1/2 tsp or is it 4 grams? If it truly is supposed to be 45 servings in a package then the packaging values are off and everyone is taking double the amount they need. Once this is corrected I can see this jumping to 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ because my energy is through the roof! Is it because I am double dosing?

It didn’t make any difference over the whole month, the only change was my blood pressure dropped very low after a training session so maybe not good if your on blood pressure tablets, I’ve also read that powder form mushroom supplements can be hard on the kidneys to process so not good if you have kidney issues or take meds that already make your kidneys work harder. I mixed it in with my daily protein drink so I had no issues with taste or consistency.
