I was excited to get a large bottle of my most used scent . This is a substantial amount of oil which should last a long while .It does smell like lavender , but its initial note is a bit heavy on the herbaceous side initially . Almost a bit more like stem than flower when smelling it straight . However once it’s applied it or put in the diffuser then it fades very quickly and the smell transforms into a softer and lovely floral scent . Then it smells just as expected. That’s common with essential oils.I appreciate the glass bottle and glass dropper . Glass is essential to avoid leeching. And the dropper is very easy to use compared to the type that’s part of the bottle.I use lavender oil every night to go to sleep . I use It in a bedside diffuser , and mix some in lotion to apply . I also use it in a lot of blends I make . So i go through it rather quickly . Having a large bottle is great.Unfortunately this oil seems a little bit on the weak side to me . I’ve been putting in a few more drops than usual in my diffuser. It smells great but I think I do need To use a little bit more than normal . Even so this does cost a lot less than my normal brand . So I intend To mix this one with another one I have To balance each other out a bit . And it will be good in my blends that have lavender but that I dont Want to be too heavy on it or sharp since it fades to flower nicely .

Amazing lavender scent!
This lavender oil is perfect for wearing or if you use a diffuser. Generously sized at 4 oz you will surely not be running out of oil any time soon! Inside the box also includes a dropper which is perfect for me when adding to my diffuser. The scent is a very natural lavender scent, I noticed other oils are often too perfume-y but the scent is just right. If you are a fan of lavender scent this oil is for you!

Perfect for DIY Perfume
This lavender essential oil is fantastic! I’ve been using it for roller ball perfume, and it works really well. The scent is beautiful – true lavender that’s not too strong or artificial smelling.The 4 fl oz bottle is a great size and will last me forever since you only need a few drops for each roller bottle. The glass dropper makes it easy to measure out exactly what I need without waste. The quality feels premium, and you can tell it’s 100% pure.It blends perfectly with carrier oils for my DIY perfumes. The lavender scent is calming and lovely, and it mixes well with other essential oils when I want to create custom blends. Quality Lavender Essential Oil – scent is of true lavender and is potent
This is a really nice lavender oil. Smells like true lavender oil with a pleasing, refreshing scent of again, true lavender (I can not describe scents).I find essential oils are all over the map in terms of quality – there is not a 1:1 relationship to price either but I do find the less expensive oils typically smell less true to what you think the EO should smell like or is plain weak and in the case of lavender, the lower quality ones can just smell like the lavender from a floor mopping solution. No thanks! I don’t even like lavender scented house cleaning products but I do like it for my EO diffusers and for spraying on my pillow. It just has to be true lavender and not synthetic because no synthetic lavender scent has captured the refreshing, uplifting yet calming quality of true lavender (IMHO).I went to a resort in Carmel and spent an afternoon harvesting lavender and the lavender grower steam distilled our freshly picked lavender in front of us. To this day I consider that the gold standard when it comes to lavender oil and this smells exactly like that AND has the same potency.

All natural and smells amazing
I like this lavender essential oil because it is all natural with a singular ingredient: lavender oil extracted from lavender flowers. The scent is so relaxing! I could smell the lavender scent as I unwrap the packaging. I also like that it is paraben free which means I can add it safely to my lotions and creams. The oil mixes very well into my lotions and creams and it does not separate. This lavender oil also has a lasting scent too. I appreciate the versatility of this oil and its calming effect.
