Clean and taste great
I choose this brand because its clean. I really enjoy the taste of the pink lemonade. It dissolves quick. I have been taking for 3 months and I’m definitely nothing the result. I recover faster and have more muscles growth. I would definitely recommend this product if your searching for a good creatine.

Avoid DOMS easily
Great product with impressive results if you’re consistently pushing your body to new limits with your workout. Obvious muscle building benefits overnight, and treatment for DOMS kicks in quickly. Definitely repurchasing. Tastes great, too!

Good formula – Poor solubility
This is the first and only creatine supplement I’ve used, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. I originally ordered the fruit punch flavor and had major problems with solubility. I contacted Legion and they promptly offered to send me a new batch free of charge (they said they had changed their formula recently and I may have gotten an old batch). I chose to try the unflavored with the second batch. While it mixes a little bit better than the first batch, it still doesn’t come anywhere near completely dissolving. I’ve tried mixing with 10-12 oz of warm (sometimes even hot) water. I stir vigorously for a minute, then let it sit for a while (sometimes even an hour or so) and stir periodically. I’ve also tried a shaker bottle with a wire ball. But there are always plenty of undissolved granules.It tastes fine and I don’t even mind “chewing” my drink (especially at the bottom). But I’m a little concerned that I’m not getting the full dose since there is a decent amount of the powder left in my cup after the liquid is gone. I don’t know if this is just the way creatine is, but the product could be improved if it could be made more soluble.Having said that, I have continued to take Recharge every day for a little over 2 weeks and I believe my arms and chest look slightly fuller. I am able to lift heavy 5 days a week and do cardio 4 days a week with little-to-no muscle soreness. I do like the product. Hopefully they will be able to improve it’s solubility to the point that it fully dissolves.

I just have to say how much I love Legion Athletics products! Our pantry is stocked with bags of their Plant Protein, Pulse no-stim pre-workout, and multivitamins; it’s like having a mini Legion warehouse in our home! Ha!Anyway, I was getting low on Recharge (a post-workout supplement). Time to place an order for Recharge, so I innocently thought I’d try a new flavor this go around instead of the unsweetened Recharge I’ve been using for years. You see, whenever I’m out and about and I see anything strawberry lemonade, I can’t resist so I buy it straight away. I love those flavors together, so I thought, why not grab a couple of jugs of Recharge in strawberry lemonade, my favorite, right?Not so fast. The first time I tried it, I was nearly gagging; it was that bad! I’ve given it 3-4 chances since, and each time, I’ve felt the same way; it’s just not for me. I never thought I’d say that about a Legion product, but here we are. Now I’ve got two 60-serving containers of Recharge that’ll be a struggle to get through. Lesson learned: always try just one jug to test the flavor before you buy multiple, because Amazon will not take this stuff back even though one jug is still sealed! 5 stars for Recharge, zero stars for the strawberry lemonade. One and done for me. P.S. Regarding the reviews saying that unsweetened is a terrible flavor, not quite. I have taken the unflavored version for years, and there is ZERO taste. And for the reviews that say it mixes terribly, wrong again. You can put this in water, grab a spoon, and it mixes it up nicely.

I have tried many other brands, but this one out does them all. feel i get the most pump in my workouts using this and gives me great energy that i need to get through my intense hour and a half workout. You can not get results without replenishing your bodies needs. This is where this comes in big time! It makes you have an awesome recovery time! I take a scoop right when i get up to get me going on a good start and then put another scoop to a gallon of water when working out! this is a great technique to get gains! The flavor is also awesome, even when adding one scoop to a gallon of water the taste is still delicious.A little bit about Legion- branched-chain amino acids (particularly leucine) stimulate protein synthesis, and might do so to a greater extent than a normal protein on its own. Legionalso increase synthesis of the cellular machinery responsible for carrying out the process of protein synthesis. Thus, Legion not only increase the rate of protein synthesis, but they also increase the cell’s capacity for protein synthesis!

Previously used MyProtein creatine and in comparison this product is far more enjoyable, the two previous creatines I have tried specifically from that other brand seemed to clump easily and had a consistent bit of powder floating throughout the drink. With this product the flavour is really tasty and the mixture with the recovery supplements is great. Will be buying again, noticed strength improvements already.
