I read a few mixed reviews some people said it worked others said it didn’t, so I decided to buy for myself and try it. For me personally, it didn’t work. You are supposed to take two a day and I did. My theory is that if you used to garden 🍃 (as I did) and have a high tolerance these won’t do anything for you. I stopped gardening and wanted something else to help keep me calm but these have no affect on me. It doesn’t make a difference in my sleep quality either. Taste isn’t bad but isn’t good either, taste like any other vitamin. All in all wasn’t worth it for me. The bottle is super cute though but I was under the assumption that it was glass and it’s not, it’s recycled plastic.

Helps me sleep better
Let me tell youuuuuu- I have had better sleep ever since I started taking these! I take them at around 12, because I also take ADHD medicine in the morning and I am not sure if taking these along with that in the morning has a counter-effect (I am not a doctor so I wouldn’t know). These do relax me a little and bring my appetite back a bit, but I don’t wake up multiple times throughout the night anymore. As of like 3 days ago, I have started waking up an hour before my alarm goes off, but I have no clue if it has any correlation with the Ashwaghanda not working anymore?I would give these a try and see if they work for you! My dreams have become a lot more intense I will say. Sometimes nightmares, sometimes regular dreams, but I have a dream I can remember almost every night.I also tried the lemme debloat and did not like them, but do like these!! So this is a very honest review!

These gummies are perfect for someone who does not want to feel jitters or feel some sort of a crazy Superman change. And they work extremely suddenly. In fact, you probably won’t notice the difference. I had to really focus and think to myself. Wow I didn’t get mad about the things I normally get mad about or anxious about the things I normally get anxious about. Then, just to confirm, I wasn’t making it up in my head. I gave it to my husband and it was the same subtle but definite difference.If you do not do well with gummy’s like me I can confirm these didn’t bother my teeth and they were really easy to chew. The flavor is really good. Her gummy’s will definitely leave you wanting more. It’s very easy to turn this into a regiment.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but I actually love this product! I bought one bottle and ran out relatively quick. Because I was skeptical, I wanted to be hyper aware of whether or not it was a placebo thing. But the gummies have natural ingredients, and I genuinely did notice when they would help. I only took them when I was feeling anxious or having a panic attack or nervous breakdown. Expecting them to magically fix anything is not a great way to go about it – but I do recommend trying them when you’re feeling a bit on edge. They are not medication, simply herbal and natural -based gummies that can help on a very small and accessible level. I noticed that within an hour my heart rate seemed to either slow down or my brain would just quit moving so fast and stressing me out. These gummies literally taste so good, I wish they were candy! The berry flavor is fantastic.
