I was pleasantly surprised how much bigger the bottles are compared to the original B complex from life extensions I had taken in the past. They sure work well. I felt much more energetic than I have in a long time and no more mid-day pining for a nap. It isn’t the only supplement I take, but the few I do take for deficiencies I have work very well together. This is definitely on my subscription.

Tastes like rotted onions.
It’s taken me some time to figure out what the smell is, I couldn’t put a finger on it. One day it came to me. It smells and tastes like rotting onions. It’s absolutely disgusting. Also, it makes your pee/sweat smell really really bad. On top of that the pills are large, so if you have trouble swallowing large pills, don’t buy these. I find myself putting off taking it, day after day. Just no.
