Good product…been using it over the past year and have no complaints. I started taking it because my doctor told me I had a deficiency in Magnesium and now I don’t. I would suggest asking a pharmacist or your doctor which one you should take since there are so many Magnesiums and some better then others (absorption rate) and great for sleep to especially if having some mild to moderate sleep issues.
