This supplement works as intended. It’s supposed to help elevate your vitamin d levels. Mine were very low and this helped increase my level in about 2 months. It’s a lower dose, so I was initially taking 2 of them every day and now I take 1 every other day.. The pills are tiny and easy to swallow. There is no after taste.

I buy the D3 and K2 separately because the combined version is WAAAAY more than you need for either in one day. You can overdo the D3 and that’s not good.
