It’s great, I just wish it was in a glass bottle, but it’s a nice dark bottle. The cod liver oil itself is really nice. Not too fishy, I didn’t want lemon per se. The last cod liver oil I had wasn’t flavored and I would have preferred that, but I have to say, it’s nice. I might choose lemon on purpose next time.

Taste is fine. Those who say it’s bad never tasted groundhog oil 😂 Lemon doesn’t really take the bad smell away but it’s expectable. Drink it, then have something with a stronger taste and the fish taste will be gone from your mouth. I take a blend of herbs that I made for natural deworming, that kills the fish oil taste.
