Best vitamin c serum
I’ve been using this product for 4+ years on and off, and its the best vitamin C product I’ve found. I usually see results from it within a week: reduced post-acne marks, less acne in general, and skin is brighter. It really works! I use it in the morning directly after cleansing and then put moisturizer + sunscreen on top; no pilling.

Product seems to be good but can we trust this seller?
Rarely write review. I ordered my first LilyAna Retinol Serum. It was delivered promptly but the seal on the box was cut and the bottle was about 3/4 full. I liked the smell and it’s light consistency, and more importantly natural ingredients. I decided to return it and ordered again next day hoping to receive a fresh new bottle. Well, the second bottle was even worse, a old box with added 2 labels covering the original prints. One blank label covering the original bar code at the bottom of the box (see the box on the right of the 1st photo), and the other, a long label with a bar code and “New Item” covering the long side of the box (see the long label on the long side of box in the 2nd photo). An apparent attempt to cover up old date or returned bottle? What a disappointment! I am returning the 2nd bottle too and cancelling my monthly subscription since I am not sure what I am getting. Although ordering through Amazon is so convenient, I am going to order from LilyAna directly.

Wonderful Vitamin C serum. I like my products to have less ingredients (although, do note that “less” is NOT always “better). This serum is watery and you only need to use a dime amount to cover the whole face. I was putting it into one palm, pressing my palms together, then pressing it into my face. But I found a better application method is to put a dime sized amount into your palm and use a finger to apply it all around your face and then gently spread it from there. Much better coverage. First night I incorporated this into my skincare regime, my parched, dry skin looked buoyant, glowing, and felt amazingly soft. Do note that with this product I did experience a tiny bit of “burning”, that goes away, and have found NO irritation. I did read somewhere that this sting is common with Vitamin C products and not to worry about it, unless of course you experience skin irritations. Directions state to wait at least 1-2 minutes until applying another product on top, to allow the serum to soak into skin. But I have also read that you should wait 15 minutes. I have tested out both and if you have the time, I would allow it to set for 10-15, but 2 minutes worked fine as well.I am young (24), but had been noticing these fine lines creeping up all over my face (most likely those “I see them but no one else does”). Now, they are relatively gone and I haven’t even been using this product the required 60 days to see improvement.Also! LilyAna Naturals is one of those GEMS you can find on Amazon. A small business with AMAZING customer service. I expressed some questions about their formula (I’m pregnant and need to look into what I put on my body), and Sheryl offered to send me a bottle of their new altered formula at no charge to me. So sweet, responsive, and really looking to satisfy their customer and provide a quality product. Choose this serum above all the cheaper imitators full of fillers and fluff.

Nice Product
This is my first purchase of this brand. It’s a thicker, almost creamy serum. No extreme odor to it and goes on smooth. I think this is probably a great product for someone new to retinol or I’m so use to higher strength. It’s a good value for the serum it’s just not a good pair for my skin.

The instant you put it on your skin… It is instantly refreshing. I’m guessing that’s the vitamin C at work. My skin is happy as soon as I put it on. I do wash it off after a few hours as I find the serum tightens the face and forms a layer.
