Put bottle in refrigerator for 24 hours and then shake the bottle
This is an excellent product but the pills were stuck together. I contacted Livingood about this and they said to put the product in the refrigerator for 24 hours. I put it in the fridge and shook the bottle and they came apart.

Camera is not working on my phone
The pills are stuck together in the bottle. I don’t remember if I’ve opened it or not I’m sending it back and would appreciate another bottle sent to replace that one. I’ve used this product often and on quite a bit and think it’s a good product it just got into a bad situation somewhere along the way Thank you.

Omega 3 and Turmeric for good health
I don’t have pain, but many who suffer from pain swear by this product. It’s safe to take several times a day. I take it because it’s very hard to find safe Omega 3 from fish these days. Turmeric is a good addition for many ailments. I have bought this many times. It is more expensive, but I trust the doctor who sells it.

I definitely feel the health benefits from this supplement; it is easy to swallow and is packaged well. My only complaint is the quality of the product varies, in that, I had 2 shipments where they were all stuck together and it was hard to pull them apart, as if they had been exposed to quite a bit of heat. Customer service was very responsive and did a great job of refunding me. I plan to continue buying, as I felt it works for me.
