Acne prone!
I’m genuinely impressed with this cream. I have pretty bad acne, and most creams trigger flare-ups because my skin is extremely picky. It usually reacts no matter what I put on it—but not with this one. That alone says a lot. Of course, everyone’s skin is different, so I understand why reviews might be mixed.I like to mix a bit of the cream with water before applying it all over my face, and the results have been amazing. My skin looks noticeably brighter and healthier, especially around the eye area where I focus more. It gives a natural glow that feels fresh and clean. Literally my face is shiny.I pair it with the Eight Saints anti-aging cream at night (which I highly recommend trying as well!!), and I also like to apply this Vitamin C Cream in the morning, and the combination has been working beautifully for me. I also occasionally use retinol (or any product I have that helps acne) on acne spots if I’m especially concerned—but I’m thrilled that these creams aren’t aggravating my acne at all. My skin feels great and looks even better.What I love most is knowing I’m putting quality ingredients on my face. My skin can’t tolerate harsh or artificial products—Olay, for example, didn’t work for me at all and didn’t give me any glow. But with this cream, my skin soaks it right up and genuinely glows. Organic and botanical ingredients are always the best, it’s just so costly but worth it in the long run. The scent is light and refreshing, it’s very natural and nourishing my skin loves it. I love this cream and it’s forever a staple now! You’ll truly see a difference in your skin.

I love the smell, the feel, how light and airy it was when it went on, and the results that it gave to my severely dry skin. The container is small but after realizing it only took a dollop, I am super pleased. My skin absorbed the creme well and the cost per ounce is fair. No more dry skin when I wake up or through the day.

This is the best night moisturizer I’ve ever used. I have dry skin and I love the feel. It’s hydrating with a light feel – NOT greasy at all. I also love the scent. It is light and pleasant – it doesn’t linger. This night cream has a very good price point and works just as well if not better than the very expensive night cream moisturizers.

Works, but smelly
The product works beautifully. Unfortunately I can’t get past the smell of cacao that is added. I wish there was an essential oil to mask the smell of a chocolate bar.

New formula is Meh.. just okay
Product is okay. I don’t know if it’s psychosomatic but the formula scent changed to Shea butter coco scent and I don’t love it and feel it is less effective than the original citrusy, bright scent. Also, the label is exactly the same as my first purchase from Whole Foods so I initially thought I got a fake one until I read other reviews. I prefer the other scent and the effectiveness of it.

Love Mad Hippie skin care products. Their night cream is a game changer. So much better than drug store brands. Make no mistake this is a NIGHT cream. Not suitable for under your make up. You’ll see results the very first week you it. Its texture and scent is pleasant. A good value for your money. All natural and cruelty free.

A tad expensive for me. Been using a fingertip amount on my face nightly for years. Around crows feet and wrinkle areas. Spread over entire face at bed time wash remaining off in morning. Gentle and non reactive. Has the highest amount of non wrinkling hylaronic acid. People say I do look 10 years younger. I’m a guy 69 years old. I’ll take that compliment.
