There isn’t much Magnesium in this product
If you are looking for a product with Magnesium as one of the top ingredients choose another brand. Magnesium is second from the bottom of the ingredients list on this label which is probably why you can’t find the list in any of the product info or pictures. The lotion is much runnier than other Magnesium lotions.

Feels nice but didn’t help with sleep.
I took a chance on this product bkz the reviews were pretty good. Here is my honest review: this creamFeels very nice on my feet, tops, bottoms and ankles. It does have a relaxing element to it. It is not sticky, has a very light barely noticeable fragrance, but it does not help me fall asleep. I probably won’t buy it again for that reason. But I do like it as a nighttime before bed lotion on my feet.
