Apply the oil to the soles of your feet and legs. You can use it daily before or after showering. Another option is to add 2 ounces of oil to your bath and soak your feet for 20-30 minutes.

Apply a generous amount of oil and massage as often as needed. This will promote absorption and optimize results. If you have sensitive skin, dilute the oil with water in a 50/50 ratio before use.
For use as a deodorant
Dilute the magnesium oil in water and apply it to your underarms. Please keep in mind that the underarms are more sensitive than other areas of the body, so start with small amounts to build tolerance. Avoid application to freshly shaved underarms as it may cause a stinging sensation.
Note: It is common to experience itchiness after initial use due to low magnesium levels or salt residue. To avoid this, rinse off the oil after 20 minutes.

Helps me with joint and muscle pain
I have been using magnesium oil for many years and this was the first time using a premixed/premade solution. I have mixed my own using the magnesium flakes and hot water and this was much easier and had a more “oily” feel to it. It helps muscle and joint pain just as well for me.

I spray this oil on my feet at night before bed. First it lock the moisture on my feet after I apply my lotion and second, it helps me relax to get better sleep.It is easy to use , just spray it on yourself. They is not really a smell to it so it’s good id you don’t like fragrance.Overall it is a nice product for people that is looking for more natural way to take care of themselves like i do.

This magnesium oil spray feels nice and moisturizing on the skin. This helps so much!
I’m someone who normally can fall asleep easily to begin the night, but if I wake up, I cannot fall back asleep most of the time. Since using this Magnesium Oil Spray, I would estimate I’m getting back to sleep or completely sleeping through 80% more nights than before. Have I woken up and had problems getting back to sleep on occasion? Yes – but these nights are far fewer and father between. I wait until I am getting in bed, I spray each foot a couple of times, then rub them together. There is no noticeable lingering smell (I’m pretty sensitive to scents) and the spray doesn’t “feel oily” to me. Definitely thankful to have given this a shot to help my sleep.

Nice Fine Mist
I like that this Pure Magnesium Oil Spray is a very fine mist. I can spray it on my skin and it does not feel oily, just like a little moisture on my skin. However, if I spray repeatedly, it feels oily on my skin and it takes many hours to be absorbed. I used it on my legs, where I just sprayed it lightly and it makes my legs feel soft. On my shoulders and neck I applied it generously to see if it would help with muscle pain. Using magnesium chloride is supposed to reduce stress, alleviate aches, and promote energy. I apply it to my skin before going to sleep but I have not noticed a more restful sleep than before. On my shoulders and neck, I do feel a slight reduction of my muscle pain.
