Pain spray that works
This magnesium , pain spray actually works very well . The pain stays away for awhile . The smell of it is quite splendid . The only downfall I found thus far is , there’s residue left on your skin after you spray it. But , it says that , right on the bottle. Excellent find , thank you so much Amy Suzanne !!

This magnesium spray is AMAZING! I seriously can’t go a day without using this. I use this spray on my feet, I already see positive results. Such a great product! I highly recommend.

It helps me sleep!
I really like this but the bottle stopped spraying the first week and I put it another bottle and it also stopped spraying in about 2 weeks. It should come in a bottle that will work. I really think it helps me sleep better

Good product bad packaging/bottle.
As far as the actual product works I love it. Helps me with hip pain at bedtime and falling asleep. However the spray bottles need some work. First one the sprayer broke off, on my second one less then a week in and nothing is coming out of the nozzle anymore.

Great spray for pain in joints and bottom of feet as sleep aid. Seems to help sleep more soundly. I also think it helps with bowel regularity. Im old so not embarrassed to share that personal info 😅😂 I highly recommend this magnesium. Ive used an oil based spray in the past but like the water based better 😉 I will purchase again!

caused severe itchiness
After my shower, I sprayed the bottom of feet 3x per foot. About 5 minutes later my feet started to itch, even my hands because I massaged the liquid on my feet. When the liquid dried it made the surface feel very soft & waxy-like. I went to bed thinking itchiness may go away; it persisted & got worse. I ended up getting in the shower again & ran very hot water on my feet & hands; it helped to drastically calm the itchiness. I then went to bed & I still had spurts of light itchiness throughout the night. I did not have a goodnight sleep. A day later I tried it again & the same itchiness occurred.Wanted to return the bottle but got flagged that the item could not be returned. Bottle arrived on Sunday & I tried to return it on the following Wednesday. Another family member tried it at the same time as I did & had rhe same experience.

Life changing spray!
So I read somewhere that putting Magnesium on your feet before sleep, helps facilitate a good nights sleep. It’s so true! I feel like i sleep better, I dream and sleep pretty solidly now . I just ordered my second bottle and will keep it as part of my routine.
