Lovely but I could do without the added fragrance
I enjoyed this mask. It’s very comparable to other hydrogel masks I’ve tried. It came in two parts and both parts were protected with plastic sheet backing. The eye and mouth pieces that were punched out were included. I also made a couple extra cuts in the mask so that it laid more flush to my skin in certain areas. I wore the mask once for about 3 hours. After that amount of time most of it had turned clear except for where pieces overlapped. During the first 5-10 minutes the mask was slippery and I had to adjust some pieces back into place, but that’s common. After those first few minutes, it stayed put very well. I could go about my day – eat, talk, whatever. The only thing I don’t love is the added fragrance. It doesn’t smell bad and it’s not strong. It’s a light, fruity, citrus scent. I just don’t need it. I’d prefer they leave it out. Specifically I’m referring to the oil extracts – Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Linalool, and Limonene. Again, not bad smells by any means, but I could smell it the entire time I was wearing the mask. Aside from the fragrance, I enjoyed this mask and it left my face feeling fresh and plump and glowy for about 24 hours. I will say though that the price is pretty steep at $8 a mask. I think others that are less expensive are just as effective.Made in Korea.
