Delicious and it Works!
This is the 2nd hair growth product I have bought from this company and I loved both. When they have sales, RUN and getcha some! They are a little pricey for those of us that have children in college and Jr. High. BUT, worth the price if you can swing it. I had new hair growth after the first 30 days of using. I am now proactively taking it as I am actively losing weight and training. Stress on the body causes hair loss so Mary Ruth’s should be just the support my body needs.The real perk is the taste though. It is like having a little dessert everyday. I started using it last week when I bought it. It is very thick a chocolate taste and it’s too thick for my pallet so I put it in my juice when I make in the morning and my coffee, which tastes awesome I would recommend buying this product to anyone.

Can’t Get Past The Taste
The taste is “acquired” and way too sweet. I like maple and this isn’t it. Plus, it leaves a lingering aftertaste (even when I drink something immediately after).Overall, does it do the job? Yes – I’ve noticed improvements with my hair, skin and nails. Will I buy this again? Probably not. It’s liquid form but due to mandatory refrigeration the consistency is more like a paste when taken and not my texture preference. I’d rather a fluid liquid. And the taste is too off putting for me to take this daily.
