Good for my overall mood
This is one of those things you have to quit to notice how much it really works. When I consistently take it, my mood is better, my libido is higher and I don’t feel I snap quite as quick. But like most things, when I start to forget to take it here or there I slowly notice my agitation & temper come back. The improvements are easier to notice the 2nd time around and now I try to stay consistent for everyone’s sake! It’s easy to take & tastes good, you just need it somewhere you will see it to rememeber. This is a staple for me now.

I love this product. I’ve tried maca powder but it’s difficult to consumer regularly. This is easy to take and tastes good. I haven’t taken it long enough to notice any differences in my health but I’ve been in a good mood all week since starting it 🙂
Part came on time appropriately packaged and it’s the correct part for my 2009 honda accord American 4 cylinder car and the problem was fixed –
not a bad taste takes some getting used to
