I know there is a bunch of controversy about gummy vitamins for kids. Here’s my take. I love and trust the Mary Ruth brand. My kids love taking their vitamins. They will even ask for them if it gets later in the morning and I haven’t given them to them yet. They love how they taste!! They’ll even ask for more later, though they do know they get 1 a day.
